Sierra Post Acute in Colorado is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team and deliver resident-centered OT services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.

You will provide therapy within scope of practice, contribute to functional goals, and support a compassionate, team‑oriented environment in a post-acute setting. Certification in CO required; SNF experience preferred but not required.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapy Assistant license in CO required.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy services within scope of practice under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Support residents' functional goals through patient-centered care in a post-acute setting.
