Qualifications

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctorate) from an accredited program.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EMR.
