Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services in an assisted living community in Tequesta, FL. You will help older adults maintain independence and quality of life with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Formación

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Active Florida OT license.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.

Educación

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
