Job summary

AllStar Therapies is seeking a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services in a skilled nursing setting. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and help patients regain independence while documenting progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Help residents improve their ability to perform activities of daily living.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team, residents, and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations.
