Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Eligible for or holds current Oklahoma OT license.
• BLS certification required.
• Successful completion of NBCOT exam.
• Proof of NBCOT certification or eligibility for Oklahoma.
• 1–2 years’ experience in outpatient or acute settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients as prescribed by a licensed physician to restore function.
• Provide supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants as required for licensure.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
