Qualifications

• Must have an Active Registered Dental Assistant License and CPR certification.
• Minimum of 6 months of specific Orthodontic experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with orthodontic procedures including tying arch-wires and fitting bands.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families during procedures.
• Maintain inventory and sterilize instruments for patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Untying and tying arch-wires
• Bending and placing arch-wires
• Fitting bands
• Preparing for and assisting with bonding
• Taking impressions
• Communicating with patients and families
• Taking x-rays and developing x-rays
• Taking intraoral and extraoral photographs
• Utilizing the computer imaging system
• Sterilizing instruments
• Pouring up models
• Inventorying supplies

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 6 months of specific Orthodontic experience
• Must be willing to travel within assigned areas
