Job summary

Green Palms Health & Rehab of St. Marys is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. You will support therapists, nurses, and other professionals to design treatment plans promoting independence and mobility for residents.

As a PRN team member, you will conduct evaluations, implement individualized plans, provide therapeutic activities, and document progress to ensure high quality patient care in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• PRN certification as an Occupational Assistant.
• Experience in occupational therapy or related field not required but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing patient-specific treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness (ROM, balance, mobility).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic activities and interventions to promote independence.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate progress documentation.
