Physical Therapist - Outpatient PRN- Madisonville, KY

Location: KORT Madisonville, 24 Madison Square Dr, Madisonville, KY 42431

Schedule: PRN, weekdays (Mon-Fri)

Compensation:$ 37.00-$55.00 /hour pending experience and hours part time or PRN.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years
• Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
