• Ensure timely documentation: daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports.

Premier PT is an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy group treating musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain across all conditions. We specialize in orthopedic, sports, and hand therapy, dry needling, vestibular interventions, splinting, industrial injury rehabilitation, auto‑accident recovery, post‑concussion treatment, balance training, post‑surgical rehabilitation, athletic training, and all types of acute and chronic pain.
