Orthopaedic South Surgical Center is hiring an Operating Room Nurse, PRN. The Circulating RN provides nursing care during surgery, positions and preps patients, and circulates cases. Requires 1 year of OR circulator experience and active RN license in the state; BLS/ACLS/PALS as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient and prep for surgery.
• Circulate the case during surgery and assist the team.
• Assist with nursing care during procedures and ensure sterile technique.
