Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide nursing care during surgical cases as a Circulating RN.

Duties include patient positioning, prepping, and circulating across General, ENT, Podiatry, Orthopedic and other procedures. The role requires graduation from an accredited RN program, an active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS per center needs; at least 1 year as a Circulator is desired.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Circulator.
• Ability to make nursing-judgment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Positioning the patient for surgery.
• Prepping the patient for the procedure.
• Circulating the case and ensuring sterile technique.
