Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Optometrists to provide refractions and eyeglass fittings primarily on weekends and some weekdays in Wisconsin. You will support our Military Service members, ensuring health readiness services.

The role requires an active state license and availability on weekends. Preference given to those with experience working with military personnel. Join us in setting a new standard for health care delivery.

Job description

Attention all Optometrists: we are calling on you to work with us providing refractions and eyeglass fittings and treatment to our Military Service members.

We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of WI on an "as needed basis".

We provide health readiness services to meet the medical requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

• Perform refractions and eyeglass fittings with equipment provided by DOCS Health.

• Active and unrestricted license/certification in the state
• Available for weekends and occasional weekdays
