• NBCOT certification or eligible; Nebraska OT licensure or eligibility.
• CPR certification; Medication Aide eligibility if needed.

Responsibilities

• Administers evaluations and implements treatment plans and completes documentation for patients requiring OT services.
• Assists with program development for the Occupational Therapy department.
