Beatrice Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Beatrice, NE facility. We have Full Time, Part Time, and PRN positions available and offer a dynamic in-house therapy team.

You will deliver rehabilitative services for cognitive and ADL disorders, use standardized assessments, and provide discharge summaries in line with regulatory standards. Come join our caring, values-driven team committed to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop a care plan following standards.
• Use standardized assessments to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment per regulatory requirements.
• Administer rehabilitative procedures (ADL retraining, exercises, modalities, devices).
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Evaluate outcomes and refer as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients and families.
• Communicate progress with supervisor and health team.
