Position Summary

The primary goal is to restore patients' physical function and support their progress towards therapy and patient goals, adhering to all health and safety policies.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college
• Valid OTA license from the state of employment
• Supervise residents under the OT's guidance
• Maintain accurate resident records
• Report progress and changes to the OT
• Modify treatment plans under OT supervision

Experience

Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
