Enhance Rehabilitation in Palatine, IL seeks a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under an occupational therapist and help implement individualized treatment plans for patients. You will support patients through all phases of OT treatment and communicate progress to the supervising therapist and care team.

You will document patient responses, participate in ongoing care, and use standard OT equipment to support functional outcomes.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapist assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.
