Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team, supporting licensed OTs in delivering patient-centered care.

You will assist with treatment plans, implement therapies, document patient responses, and communicate with therapists, directors, and facility staff to ensure quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, adherence to individualized plans, and collaboration within a dynamic rehab setting to promote functional independence for patients.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapist assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of growing team.
