Job summary

Methodist Midlothian Medical Center is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide weekend coverage and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care for patients. The OT PRN role includes evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing reassessment and discharge planning within the Practice of Occupational Therapy Act/Rules.

The position requires graduation from an accredited OT program, current BLS, a Texas license or temporary license, and at least 1 year

In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Occupational Therapist PRN position renders professional and technical occupational therapy to assigned patients, providing direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Occupational Therapy Act/Rules process (evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re‑assessment and discharge planning).

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post‑baccalaureate program in Occupational Therapy
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Valid Texas License or Temporary License
• 1 year licensed Occupational Therapist
