Job summary

Wyndmoor Hills is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to work weekends and select weekdays. The OT will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, document, and facilitate care for residents with impaired ADLs due to disease, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Responsibilities include assisting the Director of Nursing to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, their families and other healthcare professionals. Ability to present information to supervisor.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• New Grads Welcome!
• Must have a current Occupational Therapist license

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, document, and/or facilitate care for residents with impaired activities of daily living due to disease process; participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required; assist the Director of Nursing Service to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures.
