Qualifications

• Two years of direct OT patient care experience preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care and goals.
• Develop discharge plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide safe care with infection control and adapt equipment as needed.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and therapeutic tasks.
