Job summary

ClearSky Health in Rockwall, TX is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a PRN position.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to improve motor function, independence in daily living and work tasks.
• Guide patients in selecting adaptive equipment when needed.
• PRN role works day shifts; uphold company values in daily practice.
• Assess patients, set goals, and adjust treatment plans.
• Plan discharges and communicate with patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate treatment.
• Ensure safety and follow infection control standards.
