HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist PRN to join its compassionate care team. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized therapy plans, and deliver hands-on, evidence-based interventions to enhance independence and quality of life.

Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes. You will document progress, adjust plans as needed, and educate patients and families while upholding HCA Healthcare’s mission and patient-centered

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy; Masters preferred.
• Current Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) through AHA.
• Current FIM (Functional Independence Measure) within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver skilled, evidence-based interventions to promote healing and independence.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes.
• Educate patients and families to build understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions of care and quality experiences.
