Qualifications

• State Licensed Occupational Therapist required.
• Vocational School Graduate.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient’s functional abilities and needs, developing individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver skilled, evidence-based interventions promoting healing and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families to build understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners for exceptional patient experiences.
• Provide guidance to therapy assistants or students.
