Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review medical information and conduct screenings to determine patient need for services.
• Perform evaluations under physician order and develop patient treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans and educate staff; supervise occupational therapy staff.
• Engage in continuing education for professional growth and development.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and facility information.
