Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans.
• Treat patients per physician plan and document progress.
• Supervise assistants and students as applicable.
• Contribute to discharge planning and family education.
