Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of clinical OT experience.
• Experience in hospital or rehabilitation facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and document findings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide safe, effective interventions and patient education with documentation.
• Regularly reassess progress and update plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and rehab professionals for coordinated care.
• Mentor and orient new staff and students.
