• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Provide education and training to residents, family members, and care staff on occupational therapy techniques, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology.
• Monitor resident progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
