Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist. Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL disorders.
• Develop appropriate plans of care based on evaluations.
• Utilize standardized assessments for clinical interventions.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures and assess patient progress.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients and families.
