Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in the United States is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care and collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

You will develop plans of care with measurable goals, educate patients and families, document progress, and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Qualifications

• OT license required (state-specific)
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Ability to develop plans of care and set functional goals
• Strong documentation skills
• Supervisory experience with OT assistants is a plus

As an Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.

• Providing excellent care for our patients
• Providing excellent customer service to our patients and family members
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for you patients
• Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
