Job summary

AccentCare is seeking an Occupational Therapist for part-time/PRN work in Chester County, PA, delivering home health OT services. You’ll assess patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a caring, multidisciplinary team to maintain independence and quality of life for clients.

The role requires a Master’s in OT, state licensure, and at least two years' independent experience, plus a valid driver’s license for travel to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure.
• Minimum two years' independent clinical experience.
• Experience with home health, medical-surgical, or rehab settings.
• Must be a licensed driver capable of travel to all locations.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury
• Experience with home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or the equivalent with a license or certificate within the state providing services
• At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
