Job summary

AccentCare Inc. in Berks County is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver home health services.

You will assess patients, plan rehabilitation programs, and collaborate with care teams to restore independence and quality of life for clients in their homes. The role requires a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and at least two years of independent practice, plus a valid driver’s license to travel across locations.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury
• Experience with home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or the equivalent with a license or certificate within the state providing services
• At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision
