Job summary

Tri County Home Health Care in Texas is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care to homebound clients. You will develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust care to promote independence and quality of life, working closely with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include revising plans with physicians, evaluating equipment needs, conducting on-site supervision of assistants, counseling families, and documenting progress while protecting patient

Qualifications

• Current Texas OT License.
• Current Certification in BSL/CPR.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance.
• Knowledge of Home Care Home Base software is a plus but not required.

Job Summary

The Home Health - Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing direct patient care to home bound patients.The Therapist will work with patients to develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed and helping them achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life. The Occupational Therapist will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
