Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team. You will work to restore patients to optimal physical function and help them achieve goals with education and active exercise programs.

PRN opportunities available; shifts are Days. A strong focus on licensure compliance, patient education, and collaborating with a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current and valid license to practice in the state of employment.

Position Summary:

The primary function of your job is to return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patients, physicians, and therapy goals within a SNF setting. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.

• Must possess a current and valid license granted from state of employment.

• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.
