Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs under physician's order and develop treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans through direct therapy and staff education.
• Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay findings.
• Attend/Lead interdisciplinary meetings as appropriate to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to other members of rehab team, including family education and consultation.
