Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy with state licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred
• Strong planning, organization, writing and time management skills required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in patients’ homes and communities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans.
• Document progress and adjust interventions to achieve durable outcomes.
