Absolute Home Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support home care patients on a PRN basis. The therapist will perform admissions, routine visits, and on-call duties, ensuring high-quality care under the patient’s PCP oversight. Weekend availability may be required.

The role requires 2 years of home care experience and excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team in a home-based setting.
