• Must be graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapist Program and eligible for certification by the NCBOT.
• Must have Tennessee OT license.
• Must have reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and be a team player.
• Prior SNF experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled and purposeful rehab to maximize function for a diverse patient population.
• Work on both weekdays and weekends with flexible scheduling as PRN.
• Collaborate with rehab team to support goals and quality of life for residents.
