Job summary

National HealthCare Corporation (NHC) Dickson is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join an in-house therapy team delivering skilled OT services. You will work on weekdays and weekends to support residents and their functional goals in a family‑oriented setting.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude as you collaborate with our rehab staff to maximize quality of life for a diverse geriatric population in Dickson, TN, just outside Nashville.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapist Program and eligible for certification by the NCBOT.
• Must have Tennessee OT license.
• Must have reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and be a team player.
• Prior SNF experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents.
• Work weekdays and weekends on a PRN basis.
• Collaborate with rehab team to maximize function and quality of life.
• Treat a diverse geriatric patient population.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapist Program and initially certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT
• Must have Tennessee OT (Occupational Therapist) license
• Must have reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and be a team player
• Prior SNF experience a plus
