Job summary

Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre, part of American Senior Communities, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy across our settings. The OT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and contribute to discharge planning while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provides quality patient care
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans
• Develop discharge plans
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)
• Contribute to case management
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy
