HCA Florida Mercy Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist PRN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will manage evaluations, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

You will conduct assessments, participate in goal setting, and ensure a positive patient experience across home health and continuum of care while supporting therapists with evidence-based practices.

Qualificações

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Occupational Therapist licensure (OT) required or eligible.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide evaluations and treatment interventions within scope of practice.
• Assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative status; develop total plan of care.
• Coordinate with physician and care team for goal achievement and patient experience.
• Prioritize caseload and manage daily staffing needs.
• Communicate payor needs and treatment updates to treatment team and family.
