Mountain View Care Center in Boulder City, NV is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. New graduates are welcome to apply and will develop individualized treatment plans to support independence in daily activities and safety.

Qualifications

Active OT license in good standing.

Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Evaluate residents' functional abilities and impact on daily activities
Develop individualized OT treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on independence in ADLs and IADLs
Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
Educate residents, families, and staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with standards
