Job summary

Mountain View Care Center in Boulder City, NV is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will evaluate and treat residents, coordinate care with staff, and adjust plans as needed to relieve pain and restore function.

Qualifications

• Mastery in evaluating and planning PT treatment for SNF/ LTC residents.
• Ability to educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Knowledge of documentation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents with disabilities to relieve pain and improve function.
• Deliver treatment per established plan of care.
• Provide clinical support and instruction to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Measure and document motor function and strength.
• Monitor responses and adjust treatment as needed.
• Complete documentation per policy and regulations.

Seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join the in‑house team at Mountain View Care Center in Boulder City, NV! Urgent coverage needed ASAP.

Flexible scheduling! Supportive therapy team to work beside!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long‑term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Measures & records patient’s motor function, strength, and muscle performance
• Monitors patient responses to treatments and makes modifications during treatment sessions as necessary
• Completes documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations

Skills

• SNF/Long term care experience preferred
• Current knowledge of treatment practices
• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities

Required licensure

• Current License as a Physical Therapist and must be in good standing
