Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.

You will provide excellent patient care and service, collaborating with facility staff to ensure the best outcomes. You will also evaluate new patients, develop plans of care with measurable goals, educate patients about their progress and outcomes, re-evaluate as needed, document thoroughly, and supervise

• Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
