Job summary

Resthaven Care Center in Holland, MI is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate therapy team. The OT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge planning, and revise plans of care under physician supervision to support our residents' functional independence.

This role emphasizes strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and adherence to state licensure requirements. Weekend availability is preferred, and experience with geriatric populations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
