Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work PRN at Yampa Valley Healthcare Center in Craig, CO. The OT will supervise COTAs, collaborate with the therapy team, and use NetHealth for documentation on a laptop or iPad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) required.
• Active state OT license.
• One year of OT experience preferred.
• PRN scheduling requires flexibility.

Responsibilities
