Job summary

Tennessee Veterans Home in Cleveland, TN is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. The OT will screen and evaluate residents, adjust care plans as supervised by the physician, and provide discharge planning as needed at the Cleveland facility.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
