Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the Occupational/Employee Health team in the Pee Dee region on a PRN basis. The role focuses on on-site, primary and occupational health services across clinics with a strong emphasis on collaboration and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include comprehensive exams, health assessments, and referrals, with opportunities to contribute to health partnerships and student learning.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PA program and licensure/eligibility, or accredited NP program and licensure/eligibility.
• Experience in occupational and primary care settings is preferred.
• DOT certification and BLS are required or desired, with ongoing licensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take comprehensive histories and perform physical examinations.
• Provide high-quality primary and occupational health care to employees.
• Initiate referrals and coordinate with supervising physicians.
• Maintain documentation and participate in quality improvement activities.
