Sinai Hospital's Emergency Department is a newly expanded, 70,000-square-foot Level II Trauma Center built to meet growing community demand. A $50 million expansion doubled the department's footprint and added expanded trauma bays, larger treatment rooms, a state-of-the‑art radiology suite, and dedicated behavioral health and pediatric areas for specialized, safe, and efficient care.

Summary:

Under the direction of the RN provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care. Each student employee is obligated to deliver highly reliable care while adhering to all National Patient Safety Goals. This occurs within a learning environment that is supportive and just, where each employee is valued for their contribution to the collective safety of patients, families, staff and visitors. Of equal importance is each student's commitment to the value of teamwork in order to promote a unified and spirited workplace.

Requirements:

• Actively enrolled in an accredited, full‑time Register Nurse program and have completed nursing fundamentals
• Must be either in your Junior year or start of your Senior year to be eligible
• • The ED & Neuro depts requires enrollment in a Bachelor program or above to be considered
• Active CNA license issued by MBON
• American Heart Association BLS Certification

Pay Range: $20.00 to $20.00
