Job summary

Theoria Medical is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to serve local skilled nursing facilities in Escanaba, MI. You’ll participate in daily rounds, prescribe treatments, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team using intuitive technology and AI-assisted charting.

We offer a competitive compensation package, annual bonus opportunities, retention incentives up to $50,000, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits. Shifts are 6 hours for full-time roles with no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active U.S. license and be board-certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN for NPs, or NCCPA for PAs.
• Specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Geriatrics, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality resident care in skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform daily rounds, prescribe meds and treatment plans.
• Communicate with facility staff via secure channels.
• Maintain on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
• Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements

Your Qualifications

Advanced Practice Providers must hold an active U.S. license and be board-certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (for Nurse Practitioners), or by NCCPA (for Physician Assistants). Qualified specialties include, but are not limited to, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine.
