Premise Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to join our Health Center in St. Charles, MO. You will provide comprehensive care to client employees, with 8-hour shifts on weekdays based on health center needs.

The role supports the St. Charles and O’Fallon locations, offering competitive pay and a strong focus on patient continuity and education. On-site work with opportunities for growth and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RN and NP licenses in applicable states.
• State Prescriptive Authority where required.
• National certification (ANCC or AANP) required.

Responsabilités

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Performs injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
• Maintains patient health records with accurate documentation.
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
